Shifman Introduces Exclusive Concierge Program Tailored for Interior Designers and Luxury Clients

NEWARK, N.J. – Shifman Mattress Co. is launching a new service aimed at interior designers and their luxury clientele. The company’s Concierge by Shifman program, unveiled at the fall High Point Market, offers an elevated, personalized mattress selection experience.

This new offering provides interior designers with an opportunity to enhance their service, delivering a white-glove shopping experience to their clients while also earning commissions on mattress sales.

Mark Quinn, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Shifman, shared, “Interior designers take on many roles for their clients — from confidant to dream maker. But mattress expert shouldn’t be one of them. Designers already influence a large portion of luxury furniture purchases, but mattress shopping can be overwhelming. Concierge by Shifman transforms that process into a seamless, luxurious experience.”

The program includes private mattress fittings at Shifman’s Newark, N.J., showroom, complemented by Champagne and strawberries, or virtual consultations to help consumers find the perfect mattress for their needs.

Additionally, designers can access customized options, such as specialty sizes and tailored constructions. They can also explore Shifman’s collection in designer showrooms or shop through Shifman’s dedicated Perigold page for designers. Designers who present their design licenses can also enjoy exclusive discounts for their clients.

“Concierge by Shifman embodies the luxury buying experience,” said Quinn. “It’s convenient, memorable, and deeply personal — exceeding expectations for both designers and their clients.”

To kick off the program, Shifman will host a Champagne and strawberry reception at the High Point Market in partnership with the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA). The event will take place at Shifman’s showroom, 108 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, from 4-6 p.m. on Sunday, October 26.

Quinn concluded, “This is a unique way for designers to delight their clients while boosting their earning potential.
