HIGH POINT — Precision Reclining Chair Co. is bringing a creative twist to the balance of form and function at next week’s High Point Market with the debut of its new line of occasional chairs — customizable with virtually any artistic design a client desires.

“We’re thrilled to launch our private-label program for clients looking for exclusive designs, as well as OEM design and production services right here in the U.S.,” said CEO Michael Parasmo. “For retailers seeking domestic production, we’re offering a new, reliable alternative.”
Precision’s new showroom will open in the Centers of High Point | Hamilton building for the fall market, providing visitors with a firsthand look at the company’s broadened lineup. The collection will include seven new motion groups starting at $1,299, three sectionals beginning at $2,299, and occasional chairs priced from $799 to $899. All upholstery is crafted in U.S. facilities, featuring hardwood frames, coil springs, and bench-made construction for superior durability.
While Parasmo didn’t disclose factory locations, he emphasized that the company employs a 20-person sales team and is deeply committed to revitalizing American manufacturing.
“We’re helping put people back to work while giving retailers more dependable, locally made options,” he said. “Having started my career in retail, I know the challenges firsthand. My name stands behind every product, and we’re focused on getting it right. I’m eager to meet with retailers and show them what we can do.”
