Keep your elbows at about a 90° angle, your wrists in a neutral position, and the top of your monitor at eye level, about 50–70 cm (20–28 inches) away.
Change positions or walk for 1–2 minutes every 30–60 minutes, as alternating between sitting and standing is more effective than standing continuously for reducing fatigue and muscle discomfort.
