| 1. Remove seat | Unscrew from mechanism (usually 4 bolts) |
| 2. Strip old fabric | Use pliers to pull staples; keep old fabric as pattern |
| 3. Cut new fabric | Lay old fabric on new, add 2-3 inches on all sides |
| 4. Wrap and staple | Pull fabric tight, staple to underside – work opposite sides |
| 5. Cut vent holes | For mechanism clearance (if needed) |
| 6. Reattach | Screw seat back onto mechanism |
