SAN FRANCISCO — Pottery Barn Teen, a subsidiary of renowned home furnishings retailer Williams-Sonoma, Inc., has announced the launch of its Dorm Concierge program. This complimentary, personalized service aims to streamline the dorm-shopping experience by assisting customers utilizing the brand’s “Pick Up Near Campus” option.
The initiative enhances Pottery Barn Teen’s existing customer support portfolio, which includes complimentary design consultations, a dedicated mobile app, a bedding visualization tool, and a wishlist feature for room planning. Customers opting for the “Pick Up Near Campus” delivery method during checkout will be paired with a dedicated concierge representative. This specialist will proactively communicate via email to provide order updates, coordinate logistics, and accommodate any last-minute modifications.
Through the “Pick Up Near Campus” program, shoppers may place orders in advance and collect purchases at one of over 450 participating Williams-Sonoma, Inc. retail locations near their educational institution. Eligible outlets include Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn Kids, and Pottery Barn Teen stores. Items remain available for retrieval for up to 30 days following the selected pickup date.
