VALENCIA, Spain — Feria Hábitat València is broadening its focus on the contract sector this September.
Feria officials revealed that the new Contract 360o by Maderalia space will enhance Hábitat’s offerings with a curated selection of innovations, materials, and technical solutions tailored for contract projects. This move aligns with Feria Valencia’s strategy to foster greater synergies between two leading furniture and wood fairs, as well as to expand the scope of Hábitat 2025. The initiative also serves as a precursor to the biennial Fimma + Maderalia exhibition, scheduled for 2026.
The Contract 360o by Maderalia space will be developed by Maderalia, one of Feria Valencia’s top trade events. Through this exhibition, Hábitat will expand its contract segment offerings with brands and companies affiliated with Maderalia, showcasing products for hotels, retail spaces, offices, and restaurants. These products will include panelboard, surfaces, claddings, architectural elements, and technological and software solutions, designed specifically for architects, interior designers, and project managers involved in contract projects.
Curated Product Selection
Contract 360o by Maderalia will adopt a distinctive format compared to the traditional Hábitat stands. A select group of no more than 50 exhibitors with smaller, more minimalist stands will be located near a new hotel installation that will be featured at the 2025 show, developed in collaboration with a prestigious architecture and interior design firm.
Daniel Marco, Director of Feria Hábitat València, stated, “What Hábitat aims to do in every edition is carry on growing and be able to offer our visitor and professionals new business opportunities,” He added, “In that regard, the contract component of our fair is growing all the time, and initiatives like Contract 360 o by Maderalia will enrich Feria Hábitat València 2025’s appeal considerably”
Alejandro Roda, Director of Fimma + Maderalia, emphasized that “this initiative offers a fantastic opportunity for Maderalia exhibitors with a strong interest in the contract sector, especially for those who find having their own fair every two years insufficient to present their latest innovations and products.”
Feria Hábitat València and Fimma + Maderalia, which will return from Nov. 10-13, 2026, together attract nearly 2,000 exhibitors and over 70,000 trade visitors to Valencia.
Feria Hábitat València is set to take place from September 29 to October 2, with more than 43,000 professionals expected to attend from 70 countries.
