MIAMI — Core AI Holdings has introduced HomeGPT, a new artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to simplify home design, remodeling and property visualization through advanced generative AI technology.
The application enables users to transform a single image into a detailed design concept by combining image generation, spatial analysis, smart room planning, photo editing and AI-powered video creation. The platform is built to support homeowners, designers, real estate professionals and home furnishings businesses seeking faster ways to visualize renovation and decorating projects.
Since entering beta testing, HomeGPT has experienced rapid adoption across North America, Japan and South Korea. The user base expanded from roughly 2,000 early adopters to more than 130,000 participants, who collectively created over 380,000 design projects spanning interiors, outdoor spaces, landscaping and renovation concepts.
According to Core AI Holdings CEO Aitan Zacharin, the platform reflects a broader shift in how consumers approach home improvement planning. Rather than relying solely on imagination or traditional design consultations, users can now preview multiple design styles, floor plans and budget scenarios within seconds before making major investment decisions.

HomeGPT offers a broad range of design tools, including interior and exterior remodeling, landscape visualization, room layout optimization, flooring concepts, window redesign, object replacement and removal, style-based transformations and floor plan conversion into 3D renderings.
Users can upload room photos, exterior property images, garden snapshots or even hand-drawn sketches. Through a conversational interface, the AI then generates customized renovation concepts and allows additional refinements through ongoing prompts and design feedback.
Recent updates have expanded the platform’s capabilities with furniture recommendations, support for multiple image uploads, customized renovation controls, automated style matching and adjustable levels of creative flexibility.
The technology powering HomeGPT was developed specifically for residential design applications and is supported by three key components. The first is a spatial recognition system capable of identifying structural elements such as walls, windows, flooring, furnishings and outdoor boundaries, helping maintain realistic proportions throughout the design process. The second consists of multimodal AI models that simultaneously interpret images, text instructions, reference materials and conversational inputs to create cohesive design outputs. The third is a cloud-based task management framework that optimizes computing resources for image generation, video rendering, 3D visualization and AI conversations while improving efficiency and reducing operating costs.
Core AI Holdings is also working on future enhancements that will convert static renderings into short cinematic walkthrough videos, giving users a more immersive view of potential renovations through dynamic camera movements and realistic lighting simulations.
The company sees significant opportunities across multiple industries, including home renovation, real estate marketing, furniture retail and professional design services. Future development plans include advanced budgeting tools, AI-generated shopping lists, product recommendation features, panoramic room visualization, multi-angle design consistency and dedicated professional workstations for designers and industry partners.
HomeGPT is currently available for download on both Apple’s App Store and Google Play.
