This recognition is awarded to companies that demonstrate an outstanding employee experience, based on direct feedback from staff and independent analysis.

Farooq Kathwari, Chairman, President, and CEO of Ethan Allen, extended his congratulations to the local leaders and associates, calling the eight-year streak a significant achievement. He noted that this consistent recognition reflects how deeply the principles of dignity and respect are embedded within the company’s culture.
The Silao facility provides a wide range of benefits for its associates, including on-site medical services, daily work transportation, and low-cost meals. Employees also actively participate in community initiatives, from local blood drives to holiday toy drives for children.
