LOS ANGELES — Eichholtz is continuing its West Coast brand expansion through an exclusive partnership with a luxury residential community in Los Angeles, offering tailored design and furnishing options for buyers at Park Elm Residences.
The partnership brings together Eichholtz, designer Ryan Saghian—who heads the brand’s Los Angeles flagship store—and Park Elm Residences, located within the $2.5 billion Century Plaza mixed-use development. The collaboration offers buyers customized design services tailored to the community’s varying floor plans.
Eichholtz officials stated that Los Angeles remains a key focus for the company’s global expansion, building on the momentum of last year’s West Coast flagship launch with Saghian. They noted that the partnership has allowed the brand to establish a strong regional presence with a more tailored, design-driven approach, meeting growing demand for turnkey residences that reflect contemporary lifestyles and a refined European perspective.
Park Elm representatives explained that the goal is to create a turnkey option for second- or third-home buyers as well as local Angelenos seeking urban high-rise living through a distinctly Southern California lens.
The circular silhouette of the Park Elm homes, designed by architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed, inspired Saghian to curate Eichholtz furnishings that evoke serenity and weightlessness. Cloud-like motifs include the Minori bed, textured chairs paired with a round travertine dining table, and the Bjorn boomerang-shaped sofa in the great room, complemented by Eichholtz lighting throughout.
Saghian described Park Elm Residences as defined by light and view, shaping the feel of each space immediately. He explained that his approach with Eichholtz was to design homes that elevate—not compete with—that natural quality. Each home layers materiality, scale, and restraint, allowing buyers to personalize while maintaining a strong point of view, creating intentional, tactile spaces rooted in Los Angeles.
This collaboration is the first of its kind for Eichholtz, featuring both finished model residences and exclusive design services curated by Saghian.
Park Elm representatives praised Saghian as one of LA’s most talented designers, known for crafting sophisticated, atmospheric homes. They stated that as buyers increasingly seek authentic turnkey homes, the team strategically selected Saghian and Eichholtz as ideal partners to offer design programs that complement Pei Cobb Freed’s architectural geometry.
