ATLANTA — Customization continues to be a driving force in outdoor furniture design, a trend clearly reflected in Brown Jordan’s spacious showroom at Casual Market Atlanta.

Taking center stage is the Huntley collection, a versatile deep-seating line that can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate various design needs.
“We’re showing it again as a horseshoe, like we did in High Point, but we’ve also got it set up as a lounge,” said President Ben Collins. He noted that the collection, designed by Ann Vering, was inspired by the contrast between the flexibility of its strapping material and the structure of the aluminum frame. “Buyers are really drawn to how you can completely reconfigure it,” he added.
Brown Jordan is also expanding its customization options through a new partnership with fabric house Kravet, first revealed at High Point Market earlier this year. According to Collins, the addition of Kravet fabrics has been especially well-received by designers who appreciate the convenience of not having to source specialty textiles themselves.
This focus on flexibility extends to the debut of Faro, a new dining collection introduced in Atlanta.
“Faro is a natural follow-up to the Lisbon collection we launched last year,” Collins explained. “Lisbon had some limitations in terms of customization, but with Faro, customers can choose from any of our powder coat finishes, select between armed or armless chairs, and it integrates perfectly with Lisbon.”
In addition, the company has reimagined one of its bestsellers with the launch of Oscar 2, an evolution of the original Oscar rope collection.
“I challenged Ann to reinterpret Oscar with a new look,” Collins said. “We’re displaying both the original rope version and this updated design side by side, which gives buyers a fresh aesthetic while keeping the collections interchangeable and designer-friendly.”
Brown Jordan’s showroom can be found at AmericasMart, Building 1, Floor 3, space B13.
