Meet&CoHOUSTON — Georgetown Manor, an Ethan Allen licensee and Top 100 furniture retailer, is elevating its presence in the Houston market with the opening of a new, high-tech Ethan Allen Design Studio in Webster on August 28.

The new studio, located at 1065 West Bay Area Blvd., will replace the company’s long-standing Friendswood location at 19420 Gulf Freeway, which will close on August 24. The move positions the company to better serve clients throughout the greater Houston metro area just ahead of the busy Labor Day weekend.
“We had a great 25-year run in Friendswood, and we’re excited to continue serving our loyal clients in a more advanced setting,” said Bradley Chesnick, president and CEO of Georgetown Manor. He noted that the same trusted interior design team will transition to the new location, which will pair Ethan Allen’s signature personal service with a digitally enhanced design experience.
The Webster Design Studio will feature an open-concept layout with curated room vignettes tailored to the local market. Clients will collaborate with Ethan Allen interior designers at technology-integrated workstations, complete with large screens for reviewing 3D floor plans, fabric and finish options, and design presentations.
To support its growing customer base in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, Georgetown Manor also recently completed a 63,000-square-foot service center and headquarters in Houston, enhancing logistics and client support throughout the region.
