LENOIR, N.C. — Bernhardt Furniture has appointed Patrick Lanier as vice president of sales for residential case goods.
In his new role, Lanier will oversee residential case goods sales efforts and strategy to drive revenue growth. He reports to Neill Robinson, executive vice president and general manager of residential case goods.
Robinson stated that Lanier has a strong track record of building revenue and growth, expressing confidence in his impact on Bernhardt’s residential sales. He noted that the company has built an incredible leadership team in the case goods division, and Lanier will be a terrific addition.
Lanier brings 15 years of experience in the furniture industry, most recently serving as vice president of sales, ecommerce, and marketing for Liberty Furniture. Officials noted that he had a long career at Liberty, also working as a sales representative at the company co-founded by his grandfather.
Alex Bernhardt Jr., president and CEO, emphasized that Bernhardt is fundamentally a family company, and Lanier understands what it means to be part of a furniture family. He added that Lanier also possesses the expertise, relationships, and strong vision valued in Bernhardt team members, noting that he is already hitting the ground running as the company works to grow its residential business.
