Meet&CoARCADIA, Wis. – Ashley Furniture Inds. and the Ronald & Joyce Wanek Foundation have awarded $444,000 in educational scholarships to 151 students for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The Ashley Grants-in-Aid scholarship program will help 85 students pursue their educational goals for the academic year. The awarded scholarships will provide $170,000 in financial support to high school seniors who are dependents of Ashley employees and students that are currently employed by Ashley.
In addition, the Foundation is awarding $274,000 in scholarships to support the academic pursuits of 66 students dedicated to innovation and excellence. Across select states, these scholarships support students pursuing degrees in automation, engineering, information technology, manufacturing, design and other disciplines.
Scholarship recipients were invited to participate in a special scholarship presentation and explore Ashley’s facilities, providing them with firsthand exposure to advanced manufacturing, innovative technology and career opportunities within the home furnishings industry.
Since the program’s inception in 1997, $4.2 million has been invested in helping more than 2,500 students pursue their educational goals and prepare for successful futures.
