How To Reset Standing Desk E07 Error?

1. Clear the area under the desk
   Make sure there are no items under the desk, so it can move to its lowest position.

2. Press the down button

   • Hold the down button until the desk reaches its lowest position.

   • If the desk doesn’t start moving, keep holding for 15 seconds and try again.

3. Perform the reset

   • Hold the down button for 30 seconds until the display changes:

     • Keyboards with a display will show “ASr”

     • Paddle-style keyboards will show “RESET”

   • Release the button, then press and hold the down button again; the desk will slightly lower, then rise and stop.

4. Test the desk

   • Operate the desk. If it moves normally, the reset is complete.

5. If the problem persists

   • Unplug the power cord

   • Hold the down button for 10 seconds to release stored power in the control box

   • Plug the power back in and repeat the quick reset steps

6. Finish

   • Test the desk again to ensure it moves smoothly.
