Why does my standing desk keep showing ‘ASR’ on the display? Is it broken or am I missing something?
An "ASR" error on a standing desk indicates a "System Reset," which typically occurs when the desk's movement is obstructed or the anti-collision system is triggered.
To resolve this issue, press and hold the "Down" button for approximately 3 seconds, then release it. The electric adjustable standing desk will automatically lower and return to the preset height. The ASR error will disappear from the LED panel display.
