That's a classic sign of incorrect seat depth. Here's how to check and fix it :
The 2-3 Finger Test:
Sit with your back against the chair. Slide your hand between the front edge of the seat and the back of your knee.

| No space, seat presses knee | ❌ Seat too deep—cutting circulation |
| 4+ fingers gap | ❌ Seat too shallow—thighs unsupported |

- Too deep: Presses behind knees, restricts blood flow, causes leg numbness
- Too shallow: Thighs unsupported, extra pressure on spine, can't use backrest fully
