I see pods labeled “Class A soundproof.” Is Class A overkill for my team, or should I just get Class B?
Pods are categorized by their degree of speech level reduction. Classes A+, A, and B ensure the highest level of speech privacy.
Class B works for most business calls—people outside hear muffled sounds but not full conversations.
Class A is recommended for HR, legal, and executive conversations where absolutely no word can be caught by outsiders. Some meeting booths with STC 30 provide industry-leading soundproofing, blocking external noise effectively.
For call centers, Class B is usually sufficient; for executive offices, always choose Class A.
