I see “drafting chairs” for tall desks. Can I use one at a regular desk, or is that weird?
Drafting chairs are much taller (seat height 24-30 inches) and include a foot ring. At a standard desk (29-30 inches), they're way too high—your knees will hit the underside. Stick to a standard chair unless you have a drafting or standing-height desk (40+ inches).
