Hey everyone, just got a new standing desk and I’m kinda lost… anyone know how to set height on standing desk properly without breaking it?
First, determine your desired standing desk height. Ideally, your elbows should be at approximately a 90-degree angle when typing, with the monitor at or slightly below eye level.
Once you have the desired height, press and hold the up/down adjustment buttons to adjust the desk to the target height.
Finally, press and hold the memory button (usually marked "M" or a number key) for about 3–5 seconds until the screen flashes or displays numbers (such as S1), indicating that the height has been successfully preset.
