How To Draw A Sofa?

Just 5 simple steps to complete a sofa sketch!

Step 1: First draw the overall outline
Draw a horizontal rectangle as the main body of the sofa, and make the four corners slightly rounded. For this step, just grab "like a soft box".
Step 2: Separate the cushion area
Draw a vertical line inside the rectangle to divide the seat into left and right pieces, simply showing two cushions.
Step 3: Add the backrest
Draw two slightly taller rectangles behind the seat cushions to serve as the backrests of the sofa. The top can be drawn into an arc to make the sofa look softer.
Step 4: Add handrails
Draw a square or curved block on each side of the left and right sides to serve as handrails. You don’t need to be too detailed, just be symmetrical.
Step 5: Draw the base and sofa legs
Add a horizontal line at the bottom to represent the base, and then simply draw two small squares or short lines as the legs of the sofa, and the sofa will "stand up" immediately.
