How Do I Clean a PU Leather Office Chair Without Damaging It?

My PU leather chair has some stains and daily grime. What’s the safest way to clean it without causing the material to peel or crack?

PU leather (faux leather) is coated plastic, so harsh cleaners or scrubbing will damage that top layer. Here's how to clean it safely:

Daily / Weekly Wipe-Down:

  • Use a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with mild soap and water (a drop of dish soap in a cup of water)

  • Wipe gently, then dry immediately with a dry cloth

  • Never leave moisture sitting on the surface

For Stains or Spills:
