Twin Star Home, a prominent player in indoor and outdoor furnishings and a portfolio company of Z Capital Group, has successfully acquired Walker Edison following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
Walker Edison filed for bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on August 28. Twin Star Home emerged as the winning bidder in the court-supervised auction process, securing the company’s assets.

This acquisition expands Twin Star Home’s reach across various retail channels, enhancing its design, sourcing, and distribution capabilities. Walker Edison will be fully integrated into Twin Star Home’s operations, blending its e-commerce expertise and design innovation with Twin Star Home’s manufacturing infrastructure and diverse brand portfolio.

Its brand portfolio includes national names such as ClassicFlame, TK Classics, Classic Accessories, Bell’O, Duck Covers, Tresanti, and ChimneyFree, as well as licensed brand partnerships with Duraflame, John Deere, and Craftsman.
