Bavuso, who resides and works in Seregno, Italy, combines minimalist aesthetics with deep technical precision in his designs. The Giuseppe Bavuso Lambda table stands out for its fluid, sculptural form and its origami-inspired base. Adaptable in design, it makes an elegant statement in both compact spaces and larger interiors. The base consists of two folded planes, resembling origami, which support a surface available in a wide variety of materials and finishes.
The Lambda table is offered in an elliptical shape and a range of luxurious finishes, including the Terrae surface— a hand-applied blend of marble and stone powders. Other finish options include Verde Lepanto marble, Rovero Nero (black oak), and richly veined marbles, as well as natural woods and matte lacquered glass.
In addition to the Lambda table, the Modernity Flow collection includes:
- The Nest swivel armchair, which offers a blend of textile craftsmanship, comfort, and versatility.
- The Sophis chair, featuring a wide, embracing backrest with meticulous craftsmanship.
- The Wabi chair, which fuses Eastern and Nordic influences with details in rope and leather.
- The Sinua seating collection, available as a chair or armchair with a unique envelope design.
The Modernity Flow collection is available at Rimadesio’s flagship U.S. stores, including locations in New York, Miami, Chicago, and the newly opened Los Angeles showroom. The collection is also offered at Rimadesio’s global stores and authorized dealers worldwide.
Rimadesio is celebrated for its innovative systems in interior architecture, including solutions for offices, closets, sliding doors, shelving units, walk-in wardrobes, and complementary furniture.
