The firm runs a warehouse in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and provides complimentary furniture delivery services across eight states in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
According to court documents, Novi Studio reported estimated assets of slightly over $54,000, in contrast to estimated liabilities of approximately $1 million. The company’s revenue reached $3.3 million in 2024 and $3.1 million in 2023, as stated in its bankruptcy filing. Among its creditors are Itria Ventures, a financial services company headquartered in New York, and multiple credit card issuers.
