Meet&CoONTARIO, Calif. — Lilola Home, the affordable home furnishings brand, has officially expanded its operations by moving into a larger office, showroom, and warehouse space in Ontario, California.
The company has taken occupancy of the new, combined 160,000-square-foot facility at 1290 Elm St., starting November 1. Over the next few months, Lilola will begin transitioning its operations from its current two locations, with full integration expected by the end of the year.

The move consolidates all company operations under one roof, providing more room for future growth and improved operational efficiency. A new showroom build-out will soon begin, showcasing Lilola Home’s full range of products.
John Chen, CEO of Lilola Home, emphasized that the move is a major milestone for the company. “It’s not just about more space; it’s an investment in our team, improving the customer experience, and positioning ourselves for future growth,” he said.
Teresa Su, president of Lilola Home, reflected on the company’s journey: “When we launched in 2018, we never imagined we’d be at this point today. We’re incredibly proud of our team, and we’re grateful for the continued support from our customers and factory partners.”
The upgraded facility will significantly increase Lilola’s warehouse capacity, allowing for better inventory management, faster fulfillment, and higher in-stock levels. This will benefit both retail and e-commerce partners across North America.
Chad Ng, CFO, shared that the investment in infrastructure is part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. “This facility gives us the ability to manage inventory more efficiently and meet demand with more flexibility,” he stated.
Ontario’s strategic location as a Southern California logistics hub provides Lilola Home with quick access to ports, highways, and rail networks, further streamlining operations. The move positions Lilola for continued success, both in terms of internal workflows and future product and team growth.
The company plans to host an open house and customer tour later this year to showcase the new facility and preview upcoming product launches.
