Benn steps into her new role with nearly 20 years of experience spanning product design, brand strategy, and merchandising leadership.
Prior to joining Interlude Home, she held the position of senior vice president of design and product development at Jonathan Adler, where she oversaw product creation in New York and worked closely with global manufacturing and sourcing partners in more than a dozen international markets.
Norby brings over 15 years of sales leadership within the luxury home furnishings sector. She most recently served as vice president of domestic sales at Caracole, directing a multi-channel sales organization focused on interior designers, design firms, and high-end retail partners.
Earlier in her career, Norby held senior sales roles at A|R|T Furniture and Global Textile Alliance, where she developed a strong foundation in relationship-driven sales strategies and long-term market expansion.
In addition to her role at Interlude Home, she is slated to serve as 2026 president of WithIt, a professional organization supporting women in the home furnishings industry.
