The Denver-based retailer will occupy a 10,000-square-foot space at the corner of 8th Avenue and Albion Street—50% larger than its previous showroom—with an anticipated opening in late spring 2026. Owner and founder Ron Werner described the move as a “homecoming” and a transformation that reflects the brand’s evolution, noting the new location offers high visibility along Colorado Boulevard, easy access, and ample parking in a community that supports local businesses.
Design elements from the original store will be integrated into the new space, including the reclaimed maple flooring and a recreated onyx wall. Construction is set to begin early this year.
Matt Schartz, Director of Asset Management at Continuum Partners, expressed enthusiasm for welcoming HW Home as a new anchor tenant, highlighting its alignment with 9+CO’s retail vision.
Founded in 1999, HW Home is known for its eclectic, globally sourced home furnishings. The brand opened its first store in Boulder before establishing its Cherry Creek North flagship in 2004. The upcoming relocation to 9+CO represents a long-term commitment to its Denver community and customer base.
