ZEELAND, Mich. — Herman Miller has introduced the Land collection, a new range of furniture developed in partnership with Norwegian designer Stine Aas.

The line features a dining table, credenza, and console crafted from heirloom-quality timber using traditional joinery techniques. Inspired by the rural terrain surrounding Aas’ studio in Bergen, Norway, the pieces are characterized by oversized wood elements, trestle-style bases, and durable mortise-and-tenon joints.
Aas, known for designs that balance minimalism with personality, envisions the furniture as meaningful fixtures in everyday life. She describes the collection as a gathering point for loved ones, intended to become part of the stories people create in their homes.
The Land Table is offered in three lengths—75, 99, and 126 inches—while the credenza comes in two widths, 66 and 85 inches, with optional configurations for glassware and bottle storage. The 48-inch console, slimmer and taller than the credenza, is designed to fit compact spaces such as entryways. All pieces are available in white oak or umber-stained oak.
With sustainability in mind, the collection uses timber sourced from forests within 350 miles of the manufacturing location in North America.
Land is available through Herman Miller retail stores, online, and through MillerKnoll dealers, with regional availability varying.
