Meet&CoCHANDLER, Aria. — Design educator and co-founder of Décor Tours Deb Barret has announced the 2026 Window Treats Contest in partnership with Arizona-based window treatment company, Helser Brothers.
The grand prize for the contest is an all-expenses-paid trip to Paris as part of an exclusive Décor Tours design experience set for Jan. 13-19, 2027, which led by Barrett and Susan Schultz to coincide with Paris Décor Off and Maison & Objet.

The contest invites trade professionals who install Helser Brothers hardware in their projects to showcase the beauty and creativity of custom window coverings by submitting photographs of completed projects.
Entrants can submit finished project photos (videos for motorized shades) using Helser Brothers hardware to compete for top industry honors and the grand prize trip. Second place receives a curated Italian wine basket valued at $200. Third place receives $200 in Helser Brothers hardware.
Helser Brothers specializes in custom drapery hardware, Roman blind and roller shade systems, and workroom supplies, serving interior designers and architects nationwide.
Decor Tours creates small-group travel experiences built around design and culture. The intimate, insider-access journeys for design professionals are about private ateliers, showrooms and events not available through standard trade travel.
For more than a decade, as a professional speaker, CEU provider and design educator for the interior design and architecture trade, Barrett has led curated, design-focused trips to destinations including Paris, London, Venice, Provence and Portugal.

The Window Treats contest is open for entries now. Professionals may submit as many installations as they like, and the deadline is Oct. 1. The winner will be announced Oct 5 across Helser Brothers‘ social channels and design gallery.
