NEW YORK — Castlery’s summer lineup introduces versatile case goods, textured glass accents, and ethically produced rugs, reflecting a commitment to functional design and environmental responsibility.
Declan Ee, co-founder of the direct-to-consumer furniture brand, emphasized the collection’s intent to create pieces that transcend mere functionality. “Our designs aim to shape living spaces by serving as essential yet understated elements for meaningful experiences,” Ee noted. “Each item balances comfort, aesthetic appeal, and practicality to accommodate both intimate and larger gatherings.”
Highlighting the collection is the Arcadia series, offering modular storage and display units characterized by arched details. Finished in a rich caramel stain with light oak interiors, the range includes sideboards, hutches, accent tables, and a tall cabinet, some featuring optional glass doors for customizable configurations.
Expanding its glass furniture range, the Ripple collection presents a 36-inch circular coffee table and a 17-inch accent table, both crafted from textured glass atop carbon steel bases. Additional introductions include the Anya dining chair, available in light ash, chestnut, or black finishes, and the Tribeca 36-inch round dining table**, designed for compact spaces and adaptable as a game or bar table. Offered in walnut or white oak veneer, the table underscores the brand’s focus on multifunctional design.
Sustainability remains a cornerstone, exemplified by new rug designs utilizing Oeko-Tex certified materials and adhering to GoodWeave’s ethical production standards. The Arta (in chalk, fog, pine) and Claudia (in brick, taupe) patterns join over 600 Castlery products meeting stringent eco-certifications, reinforcing the brand’s dedication to responsible craftsmanship.
This season’s offerings underscore Castlery’s ethos of blending timeless design with conscientious manufacturing, positioning each piece as a durable and elegant foundation for modern living.
