BERLIN, Ohio — Berlin Gardens has announced its acquisition of Windward Design Group, a manufacturer of outdoor furniture based in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. This move expands Berlin Gardens’ product offerings and enhances its market presence.
Windward, renowned for its aluminum and polymer outdoor furniture, including dining sets, deep seating, and in-water lounge options, will continue to operate under its current name. There will be no immediate changes for its employees, customers, or partners.

Founded in 1988 and based in Millersburg, Ohio, Berlin Gardens specializes in high-quality poly lumber furniture and stainless-steel hardware. The company also manufactures outdoor structures like pavilions and pergolas and has recently added outdoor cabinets to its range.
Both companies share a strong emphasis on American-made, sustainable products and craftsmanship, and this acquisition is expected to drive further innovation and growth within the outdoor furniture industry.
