ST. PETERS, Mo. — As consumers increasingly turn to AI-driven tools to explore health and wellness questions, Symphony Sleep is repositioning its marketing strategy to ensure its adjustable bed systems appear in those digital responses.
The company recently analyzed how AI platforms interpret common consumer queries about whether adjustable bases are a worthwhile investment. According to Symphony Sleep, the responses tend to emphasize themes such as improved comfort, overall wellness, mobility support, and personalized sleep experiences—signals the company views as confirmation of growing demand.

John Schulte, president of Symphony Sleep, noted that a wide range of everyday issues—including temporary breathing difficulties, back pain, and post-recovery comfort needs—are contributing to broader interest in adjustable sleep solutions. He described the expanding appeal as evidence that more people could benefit from customizable sleep positioning.
In response, Symphony Sleep is adapting its retail strategy and in-store education programs. Its “What’s Your Sleep Angle?” initiative is designed to equip retail staff with visual aids, signage, and demonstration videos that simplify how adjustable bases and related accessories work for shoppers.
The company is also spotlighting add-on products such as the Elevation Kit and Hi-Low Lift Kit, which are designed to improve adjustability and accessibility for different user needs.
At the center of its product lineup is the ES700 adjustable base, which includes features like SonicSleep technology, lumbar support, built-in sonic massage speakers, preset and programmable positioning, USB charging ports, and motion-activated under-bed lighting.
Beyond analyzing AI-generated search results, the company says it is also reviewing online discussions and social media conversations to better understand consumer sentiment and refine its messaging.
Schulte emphasized that as AI reshapes how people search for information, Symphony Sleep is aligning its retail education and product communication efforts to better support both retailers and end customers in making informed choices.
