HOUSTON – Sinomax USA has moved its Houston headquarters to a more compact and efficient office, aiming to reduce leasing expenses and enhance teamwork across its corporate team.
The company, which also operates manufacturing, warehousing, and office locations in Tennessee and Arizona, has downsized its Houston headquarters from 9,300 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Altogether, Sinomax’s U.S. facilities span over 1 million square feet.

“This new office represents more than just a change of address,” said Frank Chen, CEO of Sinomax USA. “It’s a space better suited to our needs that will inspire our people to do their work, collaborate more effectively and continue delivering the innovation and quality our customers expect.”
In addition to the move, Sinomax was recently honored with the Sustainability Leadership Award by the Business Intelligence Group as part of its 2025 Sustainability Awards. These awards recognize efforts demonstrating how sustainable practices can drive business growth.
Chen expressed pride in the achievement, noting the award affirms the company’s commitment to sustainability across its operations.
The award recognized Sinomax for significantly reducing its carbon footprint, notably through the adoption of bio-based polyols and USDA-certified cooling gels. The company also reported cutting propane fuel use by 70% through its electric forklift initiative, along with lowering chemical waste and forming environmentally conscious freight partnerships.
