SANTERAMO IN COLLE, Bari, Italy — Natuzzi S.p.A. has named Pietro Labriola as a non-executive director through co-optation, effective August 6. His appointment will be presented for shareholder approval at the next general meeting.
Labriola, the CEO and general manager of Telecom Italia S.p.A., brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, with a background in senior leadership roles both in Italy and internationally.
He serves on the GSMA board, an association of global mobile network operators, and is part of Confindustria’s General Council, Italy’s primary association for manufacturing and services. Additionally, Labriola holds the position of president at Asstel, the Italian telecommunications trade association within Confindustria.
According to Natuzzi’s board, Labriola’s extensive leadership experience and expertise in technology innovation will play a key role in the company’s ongoing digital transformation and growth strategy.
Natuzzi operates a global retail network with 610 monobrand stores and galleries worldwide, distributing its premium collections internationally.
