PALO ALTO, Calif. — Houzz Inc., the leading platform connecting professionals in construction and design with their clients, has revealed the winners of its 2025 Houzz Scholarship Program. The company has also opened applications for the 2026 edition of the program, which supports students pursuing careers in interior design, architecture, construction, architectural engineering, and skilled trades.
Liza Hausman, Houzz’s Vice President of Industry Marketing, emphasized the company’s dedication to nurturing emerging talent in the industry. “Through initiatives like the Houzz Scholarships, alongside offering free access to Houzz Pro and various career resources, we aim to empower students at every stage of their educational and professional development,” she said.
Hausman also shared her excitement about this year’s recipients, noting, “The scholarship winners impressed us with their passion for the built environment, hands-on experience, and innovative ideas for the future of the industry. It’s truly inspiring to support such motivated students as they move forward in their careers.”
The program honors five winners with $2,500 scholarships in the categories of Women in Architecture, Residential Design, Sustainable Residential Design, Residential Construction Management, and Skilled Trades.
Applicants are required to submit a brief essay on their design and architectural influences, along with creating a Houzz professional student profile to showcase their portfolios and connect with over three million professionals worldwide.
The program also offers a one-year free subscription to Houzz Pro, the AI-driven project management and design software, to students enrolled in residential construction or design-related academic programs.
The deadline for applications for the 2026 Houzz Scholarship Program is March 31, 2026. Applicants can apply via the Houzz website at houzz.com/scholarships.
