Meet&CoMIAMI — West Elm, a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (a Top 100 company), has secured a significant lease agreement at The Dorsey Wynwood. This prominent mixed-use development, a collaboration between Related Group, Torose Equities, and LNDMRK Development, is situated within Miami’s Wynwood Art District.
Occupying a highly visible corner at the intersection of NW 28th Street and NW 3rd Avenue, the West Elm location will encompass over 12,000 square feet, consolidating six former storefronts. This substantial footprint provides the brand with an integrated retail environment in one of Wynwood’s most frequented areas. The Dorsey itself is a 12-story complex featuring 78,000 square feet of adaptable office space, 33,000 square feet of retail offerings, and 306 luxury residential units.
Developers confirmed that this new West Elm space will succeed the brand’s previous Midtown Miami showroom.
