How To Calculate Standing Desk Height?

I just bought a standing desk and I’m not sure what height is right for me. Does anyone know how to calculate standing desk height properly?

The best way to calculate standing desk height is to adjust the desk so your forearms are parallel to the floor and your elbows are bent at about a 90°–100° angle. This helps reduce wrist pressure and prevent shoulder and neck strain.
 

When standing, keep your shoulders relaxed, and position your keyboard and mouse close to elbow height. The desk height is usually around your elbow height (approximately 60%–65% of your body height, depending on individual proportions).

Your monitor should be positioned with the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level to maintain a natural viewing angle. The ideal height should be adjusted based on your comfort, and it is recommended to switch between sitting and standing regularly.
