BETHESDA, Md. — The concept of recreating a memorable hotel experience at home has moved closer to reality as Marriott Bonvoy Boutiques expands its online Design Shop beyond bedding and bath into furniture and décor inspired by its hotel brands.
The inaugural hotel collections feature looks from W Hotels and Westin Hotels & Resorts, with additional destination-themed and brand-led collections planned for later this year.
Peggy Roe, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Marriott International, stated that hospitality no longer ends at checkout. She explained that the Design Shop reflects how the company is expanding the role of hotels and destinations from places to stay into sources of inspiration that consumers choose to live with.
The W Hotel Living collection draws inspiration from the brand’s global flagship, W New York-Union Square, designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group. The collection includes a custom headboard and platform bed in four colors, an upholstered bench, dual-finish nightstands, and a floral rug, complemented by lighting, art, and decorative accents such as vases, trays, and bookends.
The Westin Hotels & Resorts Living collection features neutral palettes and natural materials, including an upholstered headboard, wood nightstands, rugs, textured and patterned throw pillows, and decorative accents like trays and vases.
A collection inspired by the French Riviera—featuring trays, platters, linens, vases, and wine glasses—will debut in June. The fall season will bring the JW Marriott Living collection, inspired by the JW Marriott in Tokyo.
