Planning a meeting room setup for our team and not sure what will fit comfortably—what are common conference table sizes for a 12-person meeting?
For a 12-person meeting, common conference table sizes typically range from about 3.6 to 4.8 meters (12 to 16 feet) in length and 1.2 to 1.5 meters (4 to 5 feet) in width.
These dimensions help ensure that each participant has sufficient personal space.
It is generally recommended to allow about 60 to 75 cm (24 to 30 inches) of table edge per person, which prevents crowding and provides enough room for laptops, documents, and other meeting materials.
