Meet&CoHIGH POINT — Adriana Hoyos Furnishings is debuting the AH Comfort System, a customizable three-tier upholstered seating program at High Point Market designed to offer a bespoke level of furnishings.
The system features three engineered comfort profiles:
Plush Comfort – Designed for deep, sink-in relaxation with feather-filled back cushions and a seat composed of feather layers over soft, high-density foam.
Balanced Comfort – Utilizes a silicone fiber and feather blend for light immersion while maintaining posture, offering a “soft but lifted” feel that preserves the sofa’s architectural shape.
Support Comfort – A structured profile using high-density firm foam wrapped in fiber and feather to provide maximum support on a firmer seat.
The Adriana Hoyos design team will assign a “Signature Spec” comfort specification to every sofa across the entire collection, chosen to complement the intended experience and geometry of each individual piece.
Andrea Perez Hoyos, Creative Director, stated that every sofa is developed to respond to how clients live, interact, and unwind. She explained that offering three tailored support profiles ensures that, alongside aesthetic considerations, the physical experience of each piece is customized for the end user.
According to the company, the AH Comfort System is the result of extensive research into compression, structural balance, and ergonomic support. Clients can select from the three comfort levels across a curated selection of the brand’s most iconic pieces, including the Origen, Galapagos, and AH Signature sofas.
