If your electric standing desk fails to move, first unplug the power cord for 30 seconds to clear the control box's memory, then reconnect the power supply.
Press and hold the "Down" button to lower the desk to its lowest position, then release it.
Press and hold the "Down" button again until you hear a click or see an indicator light flash, signaling that the calibration is complete.
Finally, test the lifting function to confirm that the desk has returned to normal operation.
During this process, the desktop should remain empty to prevent excessive strain on the motor.
If the desk still does not move, please check the motor wiring or contact the manufacturer.
