The deal transfers ownership of Style Line’s manufacturing operations, including its production facility and related real estate in Mississippi. Operational control of the business will move from Elements International to Jonathan Louis as part of the transition.

According to Mike Wurster, the sale enables the company to streamline its focus while ensuring that the Style Line operation continues under an owner with strong experience in domestic furniture production.
Jonathan Louis, a family-owned company known for its upholstered furniture, sees the acquisition as an opportunity to expand its U.S. manufacturing network.
