Office Squats
Stand in front of your desk with your feet shoulder-width apart.
As you squat down, shift your weight onto your heels, ensuring your knees do not extend past your toes.
Lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then push back up to return to the starting position.
Keep your chest lifted and your back straight throughout the movement. Repeat 10–15 times.
Desk Push-ups
Stand facing your desk with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing your hands on the edge of the desk slightly wider than shoulder-width.
Step your feet backward so that your body forms a straight line from head to toe.
Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the desk, then extend your arms to return to the starting position.
Keep your core engaged and your back straight, maintaining a steady and controlled motion.
