LAS VEGAS — At the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Water Robotics unveiled its groundbreaking product, the Cama sleep system. This next-generation robotic bed utilizes advanced AI to monitor and adjust in real time to a user’s body movements and sleep patterns.
Cama features over 10,000 sensors embedded throughout its surface, offering 45 adaptive zones. It continuously tracks and responds to the sleeper’s position, redistributing pressure and adjusting the bed’s support to ensure proper spinal alignment. The system is designed to adapt seamlessly as the body shifts throughout the night, a process that happens anywhere between 10 and 40 times for most individuals.

“The future of sleep isn’t about a static mattress,” said Teja Vinukollu, founder and CEO of Water Robotics. “With our technology, you’re not just lying on a mattress. You’re sleeping in an intelligently responsive environment that works with your body.”
The Cama sleep system’s dual-zone technology ensures that different preferences can be maintained for each sleeper, adjusting independently when needed but also blending seamlessly when the sleeper moves closer to their partner. Priced at $12,000, Cama offers a premium, personalized sleep experience, available now for pre-order on the company’s website.
