Meet&CoSHANGHAI – Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles will place a strong emphasis on sleep-focused innovation at its Spring 2026 edition, reflecting the growing global interest in healthier living and high-quality rest.
According to organizer Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd., rising awareness of how sleep affects overall well-being is driving consumers to invest more in premium bedding solutions that deliver greater comfort and long-term health benefits.
The exhibition will present a comprehensive lineup of bedding brands and sleep-related technologies, complemented by a series of knowledge-driven programs. Among the highlights, the Sleep Aid Summit will explore the convergence of smart home technology and bedding through expert forums and the launch of new sleep research findings.

Another key feature will be the Sleeping Aid Display Area, where selected products will be showcased across five themed comfort zones. Each display will demonstrate emerging directions in sleep technology, wellness design, and future lifestyle applications.
Beyond bedding, the Spring 2026 fair will cover a wide spectrum of home textile categories, including towels, rugs, table and kitchen linens, upholstery fabrics, curtain fabrics, textile design, and home textile technologies.
Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles Spring 2026 will be held from March 11 to 13 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The previous Spring 2025 edition attracted over 25,000 visitors from 85 countries and regions, marking a 7.5% year-on-year increase.
