MIAMI — Tuuci, known for its high-end outdoor shade architecture, has unveiled Softscapes — a portfolio of 23 screen-printed textile designs crafted to transform functional shade into expressive artwork.
The range is grouped into six visual storylines — Tropical, Florals, Maritime, Wildlife, Whimsical and Abstract — each offering a distinct aesthetic rooted in nature, culture and contemporary artistry. Softscapes was developed with creative professionals in mind, offering extensive customization for clients seeking one-of-a-kind installations.
Designers can specify single or dual canopy applications and choose print placement above, below, or across both surfaces. Tuuci’s new digital Design Studio allows for adjustable ink palettes and precise positioning, ensuring every piece aligns with the project vision.
Featuring one- or two-tone color layouts across a broad spectrum, the Softscapes textiles are engineered using UV-resistant, fade-stable materials to withstand outdoor environments while maintaining visual impact.

The six Softscapes themes each reflect a distinct design identity:
Tropical — Captures the ease and vibrancy of coastal landscapes, echoing palm-lined horizons and tranquil sea air.
Florals — Highlights delicate botanical gestures and the poetic movement found in blossoming nature.
Maritime — Draws inspiration from the ocean’s rhythm, interpreting tides, currents and coastal silhouettes.
Wildlife — Embodies the raw beauty of the natural world through daring patterns and untamed textures.
Abstract — Embraces artistic freedom with geometric, textural and kinetic explorations.
Whimsical — Delivers spirited character and playful charm, creating spaces that spark curiosity.
Within the Tuuci Design Studio, users can preview finishes, materials and accessories in real time, with the ability to export customized digital models to BIM programs such as SketchUp and Revit. Softscapes appears inside the platform as part of the Canopy Enhancements suite, broadening design flexibility for creative experimentation.
